So someone says were possibly maybe kinda almost not-sure-but-think-so front runners for Parise and Suter?

Neat.

I'm gonna dream tonight of landing the Triple Crown: Parise, Suter, Schultz.

If we somehow land all three I think the whole league will hate us. And honestly I LIKE the idea of the whole league hating us.

If we land all 3, the universe would implode and cease to exist! IF somehow we all survived unexistance... then we'd have to deal with the storm that would follow, with all of the other team's fans asking how these guys could be so dumb to go to such a place as the "City of Minny"...

That would be so crazy

if he did pick us, does that put all of our attention on Parise before Suter?

I think all our attention is on Parise before Suter already, even tho the front office should really be focusing more on Suter over Parise.

But I dunno, maybe if we land Schultz, that ups our chances of getting Suter and Parise.

Still don't think we'll get any of em' but if we do, it'll probably be Suter. I'm starting to think that Garrison might not be such a bad plan B. He sounds kinda like an improved version of Foster except he's younger and shoots left handed.

I'm guessing ownership focus is on Parise, GM/Ops focus is on Suter. Majority of casual fans want Parise, Majority of obsessive fans want Suter.
Schultz might be a bigger focus that Parise for Ops. Maybe. Brodin, Dumba, Schultz would be a healthy core of D for the future even if we don't land Suter.

And he's going to get over $4m, and he absolutely won't repeat the season he just had in Florida with us. No thanks.

Brodin/Dumba/Schultz/Suter would be one hell of a D core going forward.

If we were to get all three, I'd be betting a thread would show up on the NHL Talk board talking about things everyone else hates about the Wild.

We'd turn into Vancouver D:

And choking in the first round

Though I shouldn't say anything, we haven't been better than them since '08.

But Reynolds has <xxxxxxx> twitter followers so he's clearly right.
that's usually his logic.

Honestly a core of Brodin/Dumba/Suter/Scandella with Falk/stoner/spurgie shouldn't be to shabby in the long run.

and a core of a Brodin/Dumba/Shultz/Scandella has potential (it just be a bumpy ride until they all came into thier prime but once they hit thier prime that will be just an awsome mix).

morale of the story...our defense needs work (like a suter or a shultz) but is looking like it could develop some upside.

Well it's not like he's going to have an hour long special on ESPN or anything.

Giving fans fake money and telling them to bid, then seeing unrealistic bids turned out to be moronic? Color me surprised.
