What did Lou Lam do to alienate Brodeur like this? Doesn't he already take a discount? Do they want him to drive the team bus or something?

I heard Sean Burke talking about why Yandle is/was possibly on the market and he was pretty clear it was in hopes of landing a #1 center. Tough fit for the Leafs.

I think it has more to do with their financial situation really.

Dreger is one of those tv guys that if he was gone, no one would miss him or care. I bet he is the real Ekland, and created that fake identity.

i think he meant that in terms of #1 centermen. the coyotes want a #1 centermen in exchange for yandle. leafs need a #1 centermen as well, which is why the leafs were mentioned. and saying its hard to acquire a #1 center for teams

He's a great offensive defenseman but Tippet has had him playing some fairly sheltered minutes in PHX to cover for his defensive deficiencies.

Would be interesting to see almost an entire d-corps of offensive defenseman, though.

I means really, where did they find this guy Dregger? Who's his connection that keeps him in his job and his designer suits, because he don't know shyte!

Since the Oilers brought Hall to the Schultz pitch, Burke should bring Gardiner

I've seen countless times this year from McKenzie's twitter things like "Dreger called it" or "Give credit to my counter part Dreger for this one"

IMO it's:

McKenzie
Dreger
Lebrun

then the rest.

Honestly, half the people on this site can provide more insight on the Leafs potential off-season moves.

Every time you hear him say "Reports are saying" or "There are rumblings", this means he's making things up to generate interest in the segments he appears in.

New drinking game: every time the phrase "it'll be interesting to see...( insert non specific response here)" is uttered, do a shot...

There is no insider information available at this time. Just two-day old regurgitated twitter ramblings and generic pontificating...

Burke should drive a truck loaded with cash right to Marty's house. You gotta try, hehe.
