Im tempted to get a Schultz jersey or shirt and write a big fat F. as his first initial.

It's a lack of respect quite frankly.

Schultz went from being 7.5C prospect to 8.0C after signing with Oilers.

I kind of expected an 8.5B with the way he's been talked up recently.

In Down Goes Brown's take on free agency:

Quote:
Monday, 9:36 p.m. – With a sinking feeling in his stomach, Justin Schultz realizes that the “Recent History of the NHL” DVD that he’s been watching repeatedly for weeks actually includes a second disc labeled “1991-present”.

Kings fan coming in peace...just want to say that even though our teams are rivals, I hate seeing any team get screwed out of a prospect like that. I can't believe the Ducks don't even get some sort of compensation. I think it would be funny if he ends up being a bust, hope he has fun racking up a negative plus-minus with the Oilers for awhile.

Ah yes, of course People want to claim Anaheim did something wrong, what, by offering him Max ELC's? By sending the legendary Scott Niedermayer out to visit him? By promising him a roster spot right away? Yeah Anaheim sure handled things poorly huh.....

It doesn`t matter. Our GM is the worst GM in the history of sports, and no matter what he did, he handled things poorly

If schultz is hit dirty expect Sutton and Eager to headhunt Perry and Bobby Ryan. Hordichuk may be looking for a couple hits as well.

Perry is headhunted before and he and Bobby can handle themselves.

Not worried about Sutton, that big baboon will probably break his hand in a fight against Cogliano or something.

A) Yeah, Ryan and especially Perry have never been targeted before, I'm sure they will be most scared by big slow Andy Sutton, that they know well enough.
B) Hordichuk can hit players. Hitting is allowed. Just like on Schultz. But those will come with a sense of karma, regardless of how anyone from the Oil will respond.
C) I get that you want to "stand up" for the kid, but he's the one that left burnt ground here, so that will have little effect on these boards. Very unnecessary bump.

They'd have to catch them first. Sutton is almost as slow as Hal Gill out there. Eager & Hordichuk are irrelevant and should be healthy scratches on any decent team.

To the penalty box? Because that's about all he did here.
