Sharks in on Broduer [Re-signs w/ NJD 2yr/$4.5m cap hit]
Just heard on the fan 960 radio show here that Chicago and San Jose are in on Marty Broduer. Would a 1-2 year deal for a 40 year old be worth it?

Ooh Boy.
Unless we are planning on trading Niemi as part of a bigger package this is going to be awful

Or not make it so easy for the Hawks to sign Brodeur. Only if Niemi is gone in a trade does this make sense.

The guy is too old, trading Niemi and replacing him with Brodeur is a big mistake.

I love Brodeur, but he would be absolutely exposed by our D.

I can't Photoshop, but can someone make a picture of Brodeur in Sharks gear? Just to see awkward it'd look.

Why all the negativity? He's much better than Niemi.

Hes the best goalie in the league at negating a forecheck.

I would much rather be in on Parise than Brouder. We don't need him.

Unless SJ plans on dealing Niemi to CBJ as part of a trade for Nash, this would never happen.
