I keep contradicting myself, but all of you are getting me so excited for Bjugstad. He sounds like the Staal type center weve needed forever.

D'oh. I saw that but I was looking to see if there was something else I was missing.

Appreciate it G4P. Really glad to hear about Bjugstad, Petro and the like. Good to see these guys are really improving.

Petrovic looked really good last year. I wouldn't be suprised to see him called up at some point. Great to hear is improving. He's going to be nasty to play against.

Some of those shootout attempts were comically awful.
One dude fell after he failed to get a shot off.

Huberdeau cleaned up the mess with a nice deceptive backhand forehand move.

Bjugstad had a nice wrister from the slot. That was nice to see.

For those of you who were there, which prospects stood out the most regarding offensive skills?

Was there anyone who surprised you? Anyone who looked like they weren't afraid to pull anything off during the scrimmage?

How are the invited goalies? Houser and Makarov. Makarov in the white mask?

White mask should be Volkening. He always wore a white one in practice, when we had him backing up Dov while Marky was out.

How about Justin Vaive? Was a bit surprised he was in the camp due to him signing with the Rampage last season.

That's good to hear, from all the games I've watched last season with Bjugstad I'm not surprised. he was always the best player on the ice, can't wait to have the guy in our uniform.

I guess that means Bjugs is playing center and Huby the wing? How does Huberdeau look? Seems like he hasn't been producing at the same level since his foot injury and the WJC. Maybe my expectations are too high. Also, he could be taking it easy, knowing that he's got his spot pretty much on lock.
