Ah the good old days before we got to the Devils series. I forgot what that felt like...

Decent signing.

Remind me what Prust can do?

He'll play on the fourth line, pop in his 10-15 some odd goals and be a solid citizen.

One way or the other, I senses a trade coming.

If watched the Devils series you'd know that our bottom six severely getting outplayed was a REAL problem. Love this signing.

Hopefully this means Rupper doesn't play every game.

Good signing.

Everybody *****ing, Jiri ****ing Hudler and Olli Jokinen weren't solving our real problems. Stop crying.

Look at the left side if you get Nash. There's a surplus. Hagelin is replaceable within this organization.

NHL Vault. It's like 6 bucks a month. You get classic games and every game starting at the 2007-08 season.

And by the way, that 18 goal season was with a shooting percentage 40% higher than his career average, including that season. It's best not to count on significant statistical aberrations when projecting what a player is capable of.
The guy has scored 23, 18, 16, 12, 10, and 9 in his most recent complete seasons. Something in the range of 15 goals would not be out of line with his career production. Considering our third and fourth lines last year almost never scored, that's welcome production.

Devils 4th line abused us in the playoffs. Upgrading our bottom six was very necessary. Hopefully Pyatt can clear a puck better than Prust.

This is exactly why Taylor Pyatt is a member of the NYR. (Well, Rupp and Asham both)

maybe it has something to do with the fact that Pyatt and Hagelin are LW'ers on the Rangers. Just maybe

You're right, he's not. He's only 100 times an upgrade over Johnny Malkin.

Good signing for the bottom lines.

Good addition to the bottom six with a decent contract.

No complaints from me.

You're wrong. Puck possession alone doesn't make a player better than another. These advanced statistics are really annoying.
