I don't know about easily, but I think you can expect him to be comparable to Polanco's production. At the very least you would be getting his feet wet for the 2013 season (where by all accounts he'll be ready).

Olt should start immediately for the Phillies if obtained in a trade. He will far surpass Polanco's production at 3B. I view him as a .265/.350/.500 hitter with 30 HR/100 RBI potential while providing plus defense at a premium position. Dude's a player.
