Pavelski or Grabovski? Considering what we'd have to give up (seeing as Sharks are still trying to win it before everyone gets too old; they're not rebuilding yet), Grabovski starts to look pretty good in the #1 hole.
Pavelski as a #1 with Kessel and Lupul. He's a good defensive player that can allow Kess and Lupes time to look forward, while being able to kill penalties and he's only 28 years old so old enough to help lead, young enough to fit into the age of our core. I'm guessing he's movable because he's neen playing wing on a team with Havlat, Clowe, Marleau and looking to add Nash. I think San Jose may want some cheaper depth to be able to afford Nash's $8 000 000 deal, so Bozak, Franson and a prospect like Blacker in a quantity for quality deal. Perhaps they'd like MacA instead. Gunnarson's contract is affordable but we'd have to replace him 1st. Maybe San Jose wants a prospect to throw back to add to their Nash deal.
