Is there an OHL rule book about player eligibility available online?

I've seen a lot of argument back and forth as guys jump from American colleges to the OHL. I'm just trying to go directly to the source to see what the official rules are as far as eligibility and how much money an OHL player is allowed to make. I searched the OHL website, but the only rulebook they have deals with actual rules during the game and not with all the messy front office stuff.

Player eligibility is 16-20 and in the OHL I believe 20-year olds (overager) players coming from the NCAA are ineligible to play in the OHL.

As for pay players get paid 50-100 dollars a week, overagers get paid more I believe. The OHL says they have someone investigating these "under the table deals" involving high profiled players, but in reality it was a PR move more than anything else.
