I think Murray could fetch a good return at the deadline, so If we are looking to deal him, we should wait.

Probably ok value wise but the sharks wouldn't do that. They are in need of a speedy 3rd liner.

Yeah as a Habs fan I believe Murray is worth more than that. I really don't know if Weber is going to stick in the show. He shows that he's capable at times.

I'd do it. Weber is a pretty good bottom pairing D, a 3rd is good too. Murray should be traded this offseason.

value is probably right, but I'd say No from MTL unless the pick dropped to a 5th/6th.

Weber still has very positive upside, whereas there are serious question marks about Murray being still able to handle top-4 min effectively. Unless habs are landing a relatively "sure" top-4 defensive dman, no point trading away assets for a guy with 1 year left on his contract.

For what feels like the 50th time in the last couple of years, no interest in Weber. The Sharks have too many RH d-men. Also, if the Sharks move Murray, they aren't likely to want any d-men back until it's a top-4 potential LH guy (which Murray alone probably won't get).

We don't need dmen and I'd rather keep Murray rather than trading him for that package. Makes no sense for the Sharks.

If DW is looking to deal him, he has to get dealt before the season starts. As long as the Sharks are in playoff contention, DW isn't going to trade players like Clowe and Murray at the deadline. Trading them at the deadline for futures is practically saying "I don't think you guys will win this year". He'd rather lose them for nothing in the off-season if it meant a higher chance of winning the Cup.

Pretty lateral trade for SJ, if anything. I'd rather keep Murray for that price. He may be slow, but he checks and blocks shots like a mo fo.

He was very sheltered. There isn't enough D naturally on the left without Murray. Plus the Sharks would have to use Boyle on the PK again. This would make the Sharks worse.

Pretty much ends up being Murray VS Weber. Clowe and Cole are pretty much of the same value. Younger vs Better but older...

A deal around Bourque and Murray would be great.
