I enjoyed it, but it's the ecchi, romantic comedy, sci-fi sort of show (so usually not that great, but watchable and fun). Watched it back when it was just a subbed show.

It's a summer of continuations for me. Keeping on with Space Bros., Hyouka, and Moyashimon Returns.

Jinrui wa Long Name's setting and visual style appeal to me, but the show doesn't hook me. Already dropped. I've checked out several other shows, but Natsuyuki Rendezvous is the only one that seems like it's good enough for me to stick with it.

You clearly don't know the type of shows I'm into. Ecchi and harems are what it's all about for me.

Or also called Sora no Otoshimono or Sora no Otoshimono Forte, I enjoy them and watch them whenever they come out. Ecchi, action, romance, comedy, hijinks. The usual. The English names throw me off sometimes .

My bad.

Anything else you can recommend from that genre is appreciated.

Shuffle!
Clannad
UFO Ultramaiden

I have those three already however.

Uhhh... I got toooooo many right now to list . I can recommend one, which was easily one of the first series' I've ever collected and that is Love Hina (with the movies and Love Hina Again). But the problem is, you'd need to read the last 2 volumes of the manga to actually finish the story.

Funny you should mention that I'm more of a manga>anime guy, and dig this, just started the first omnibus of Love Hina this morning. Imagine that.

Yeah, I try to kinda mix it up. I found that watching slice of life back to back can strain the will..though I'm guilty of doing that with Working! and K-On! backing each other. Might slip in Full Metal Panic for K-On!..

I also need to rewatch the Evangelion Rebuild movies 1 and 2. Just because they rock.

Really? I got like this library of anime I've accumulated that I haven't finished or even started in some cases. 8| Need to focus before Mists of Pandaria comes out and I'm lost once again.

My anime list is now up to 700 different shows/anime movies.

Working and Working S2 were both ****ing awesome.

Here is my list of what I currently have: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...XAtQWgzLXA3NGc

Why use a Google Docs instead of just using one of the many sites like anime-planet or myanimelist?

Because that takes way too long and I've been working on that Excel file on my computer for a long time.

The link should be fixed if you couldn't see it.

All those animes and no Madoka? Overrated, yes. But still a good anime.

Not interested in slice of life, I take it.

Also weird not seeing Honey & Clover or Mushishi in a list that big.

I like some slice of life animes, more so if they are funny, like Working or Lucky Star and so on. Honestly, the best anime I've seen in the past year or two has to be Steins;Gate. ****ing brilliant show.

I read the Otaku USA article on this and it seems interesting. Waiting for it to come out so I can see what all the hooplah is about.

If you haven't seen them try To Love-Ru and Rosario + Vampire.

The manga for R+V is pretty awesome and is still going. Seeing Tsukune being completely badass is awesome.

Rosario+Vampire I forgot about. Which is odd considering it's my second favorite manga (Omamori Himari) and I've seen the entire anime. Been looking into To Love-Ru.

Haven't read the manga yet but do want to see what else happens so might sooner or later.

Oh yeah Infinite Stratos wasn't too bad either. Saw that recently.
