Never thought Wolski would be considered a "steal"...but at under a million he is.
Streaky player...just needs the right fit. Good signing considering the price.

High skill, low compete.
Good project/semin replacement
Would have liked to see washington go a more defensive/gritty route, but lets see how this goes.

I like this signing for the Caps. He has shown flashes before. Not bad for the price.

Really thought Washington should have targeted A. Kostitsyn.
But Wolski for under $1M is a great bargain. Extremely low risk, high reward signing here. Good signing by the Capitals.

What happened to this guy? Didn't he used to somewhat be good?

Has his stock dropped that much? Still just 26 and went from 4M to under 1M a year.

He's always injured... This is a "prove yourself" deal. Mueller will probably get a similar deal.

Screw the $1m salary, the Capitals lured Wolski to DC by giving him a "must have hot tub in hotel room" contract clause

Former first rounder, but don't tink he's ever scored more than 50 points in a season.

congrats to the caps! many of us panther fans wanted him to stay for a cheap contract, but I never thought he would settle for a contract under a mil! that kinda makes me think tallon shouldve tried harder..
anyways, when hes playing well he is awesome, when invisible he is so annoying. good luck!
