Melchiori... he still has decent potential to get his name involved with the people above...
I don't really see that with the rest (maybe Serville and Carrozzi)

Getting to the point where most of my voting will be reactionary / gut based anyways so I'll go with Melchiori since he was by far the best D-man at Dev camp yesterday.

Went with O'Dell. His development is still on the upswing and hopefully he can get back to what was expected of him when he was drafted (before the freak heart problem). He's shown some good offensive potential on the rock and I think he can further develop his two-way game as well.

It's funny the voting has become so diluted after Yuen. Guys are going to be winning with ~20% consensus.

I was also impressed with Melchiori. He's got huge potential.

Voted Melchiori again.

How the heck is Maxwell even in this poll and receiving votes? The guy was claimed off waivers. That should tell you all you need to know about his future IMO. He's Tim Stapleton 2.0 IMO. I guess it's all about name recognition.

He's played in the show, and has had more than just a cup of coffee at that. Looking at it realistically, there will probably be at least a couple of guys on this top 20 list that won't achieve what Maxwell has to date.

I agree to the extent that he's right on the fringe of what you'd consider a prospect. I had to double check to make sure he met the Hockey's Future criteria for 'prospect' status.

Ya, I understand that he's had his cup of tea. I just vote based on upside and potential more so than where they are currently are in their development. I'm not a fan of the "safe" pick. I think he's a "what you see is what you get" kind of player, and I'm not impressed.
