Who would have ever thought that the Lucic-Miller incident was destined to rank right up there as one of the angriest moments of Sabres' history for fans, right up there seemingly with No Goal, Drury/Neil, Game 7 in '06 and 7-1-07......

Well the Lucic thing def ranks higher than the Neil hit only because the very next shift Ruff sent out the goons, I think if something similar were done then it wouldn't leave such a bitter taste..

I tried to dismiss its impact during the season and felt the team rallied from it. But listening to Ott and Scott's comments about that incident and how the Sabres are perceived around the league. Its fairly obvious its a bigger deal than I wanted to admit it was. Even the guys commenting on the additions of Scott/Ott put forth the same ideas.

It was depressing to listen to.
