Not esquire. He means Domi-esque as a suffix, as in the style or manner of Domi.

Esq is the abbreviation for esquire. Esque is the suffix meaning resemblance.

And in answer to your question, we have multiple prospects who have quite the mean streak. Which one(s) fill that role really depend on which one(s) develop into NHL players.

From what I've read/seen on youtube (I know, not the best source)... This is the best answer by a good margin

Edit: An example

Your right but with some common sense....the meaning is pretty obvious

Anyways imo rupert is the kind of player that has the mean streak we need on the leafs!

Send a message via AIM to Nazem Gretzky
Brad Ross. I read somewhere that he once took 41 penalty minutes in one game.

Ross is more of an arse on the ice than a mean player.

You can add Sam Carrick to this list, he is at the very least tough, not afraid to drop the gloves. Also Tom Nilsson is not to be overlooked here. He is certainly a big hitter & appeared to have no problems mixing it up at the last training camp. Jesse Blacker is not the biggest guy in the word but has a bit of a mean streak in him too.

Other than that: Biggs, Rupert, Devane, Ross, Broll are ALL definite tough guy/agitators whoa re not afraid to drop the gloves.

Holzer who will play w/ the big team on his one-way this upcoming season has definitely got a mean streak.

We're stocked on up 'n coming truculent players w/ skill.

...te question is will Burke be around long enough to enjoy his picks?

Mean streaks only matter if you can play hockey. Hopefully7 we have some guys that can do that.

I went to kindergarten with Naz. He stole a kids cookie and hit another. I'd say that's a mean streak right there, let's hope he's kept that up!

Ya I read that to and also read that they were so many goals I forget what it was 4 or 5 and he just started causing trouble like he usually does with a fight and they ended up winning he can change the momentum of game i can't wait for him.

Guys with mean streaks:

Ross,Biggs,Devane,Broll,Ashton,Carrick,Crescenzi

another vote for Devane. After reading about his mindset towards the NHL. It seems like this kid will earn every shift he gets.

Devane, Broll, Ross, Biggs, Nilsson, Rupert, and if we sign him, David Wolf are all tough or feisty players.

Our management team has built up a good group of young, tough players. I like it.

This. I'm sure we have a bunch of tough guys in the system, but I'm not sure how many can play NHL hockey.

This is perfect. Devane, Broll and Biggs are all going to be monsters. Ross is on the smaller side but he doesn't shy away.. I hope he could become a guy like Downie (less of a dbag) 2nd / 3rd line tweener.
