looking at his stats looks like he sits in the press box alot. i guess for 600k a depth forward to eat popcorn all game is ok.

Someone just RTd a tweet that Wolski has been training with Gary Roberts, that's a positive sign.

Wolski is fine, similar to Boyes. Probably continues the "Semin is Gone" thought process.

Well...its terrible if he plays terrible while up there.
Im guessing he a scratch to start the season...
Ovie - Backstrom - Mojo
Perreault - Ribeiro - Brouwer
Chimera - Laich - Ward
Hendricks - Beagle - Crabb

Hes not a bad sign for that price. He will probably crack the 3rd line. He will put up 40pts.
I say that's pretty good

Whelp. That's kind of sucky if they don't get the marked improvement from some young'ins they are hoping to see this year, and significant rebound years from all of Ovechkin, Backstrom and Green in terms of point totals. Then again, I don't pay for tickets anymore.

Seriously I don't think some of you guys have watched any playoff games of the Cup winners the last quite a few years. The bottom 6s have been great.
Heck the bottom 6 of the Bruins during these last playoffs could be mistaken as the top 6 with how **** their top 6 played.

Stupid to replace Semin with this guy.
Sign a soft player who doesn't score much. Way to go McFlee.

There is a gaping hole on the 2nd line.

Stupider to assume that every signing correlates as a Semin replacement. He's a depth guy at a bargain basement price. Stop the whining.

Yeah. I mean it means less when you realize how badly his icetime has decline, but still if nothing else it points out how incredibly overrated Nash is.

I think George thinks this is the semin replacement, I really do. Or else he's an excuse for one.

If this is the NEW CAPS, i.e, bargain hunting (sturm, now wolski), good night.
Hey TED, you've lost some business now. No new shirt this year. If you don't want to create a proper team, you won't be getting my interest.

On what basis do you think that? Telepathy? Because signing a guy for $600k two weeks after the UFA period opens doesn't generally suggest "HERE'S OUR ELITE 2ND LINE WINGER REPLACEMENT!!!!!".

Sturm had more points in the playoffs then Backstrom.

George doesn't want Semin back. This is the excuse for not signing him, so he can tell the fans he got another guy who can score which is a lie.
