1. vancouver- still the cream of the crop in the West
2. LA- better then san jose, win the pacific
3. st louis- the new top dog in the cental, pieterangelo wins the Norris
4. chicago- toews stays healthy and tops 90pts
5. san jose- trade for nash, trade away havlat(montreal)
6. detroit- right in the middle of the pack, tough 1st rd matchup against the Blues
7. nashville- trotz is the best coach in the league, loss of Suter wont change much
8. minnesota- team trending upwards, parise gets 75pts same with koivo
9. anaheim- no depth, Ryan traded to philly for Voracek, Read and a 1st
10. colorado- still too young, dos omething stupid like trade Statsny
11. phoenix- mike smith proves to be a one year wonder
12. dallas- forgot that you need centremen, Roy out till Nov
13. edmonton- now the best in Alberta
14. calgary- trade iggy(Pittsbugh) and Bouwmeester at deadline, enter into full rebuild
15. columbus- finally win the draft lottery, trade nash to SJ for Pavelski, prospect, a 1st and 2nd rd pick, trade prospal at the deadline for a 1st rd pick, have four 2013 1st rd picks

just a couple for now:

Smith and Nyquist(well Nyquist only if he actually gets a fair chance at a good role,no concern on that for Smith though with how the defense is) both have good rookie years that most years would be good enough to be a Calder finalist, but miss out on being finalists because of this years ridiculously strong rookie class

Riley Sheahan is the 4th line center in the Playoffs

Tomas Jurco gets a cup of coffee at some point during this season
