Solid signing if he can stay healthy. Very smart top 6 addition by Tallon. Wanted him in Van but I don't think he can handle the Western conference anymore with the number of bruising teams.

I hope he is able to play on a consistent basis, meaning he stays relatively healthy and PCS-free. Best of luck to him.

He's one of those few players you hope tear it up after they leave your team. Great guy, better person. Hoping he stays healthy.

Not bad at all for under $2M for the year. Could be a low risk, high reward signing like everyone else has mentioned. Good signing by the Panthers.

Mueller is much better at RW than C IMO. The Panthers could use a top 6 winger though, so if Mueller is healthy, they got one in him. He'll definitely provide some offense and the Panthers will more than welcome that. I hope he works out for them.

Nice pick up by the Panthers. If he can stay healthy he'll be a great addition to the team, if he can't its only a one year contract so good stuff by Tallon.

So which Avalanche forward will we sever relations with next season and Florida will either sign or eventually acquire?

Jokes aside, I really like Mueller. He needs top 6 action on the left wing or point time on the PP to be most effective, but his slap shot is a thing of beauty when he's given time and space to unload.

He could probably replace Garrison on the point on the PP, but the left side instead of right.

My exact thoughts. I wish nothing but the best for Mueller and glad he was picked up by someone.

Most coyotes fans would disagree with this. Well aside from the staying healthy part. Hope his concussion problems are behind him.

Nice. The Panthers will actually have a good team in NHL 13 this year. People will actually play as them now! Never thought this day would come. Tremendous signing!

Good luck in Florida Peter! He is an awesome guy with a ton of skill so hopefully he can get his career back on track in Florida.

I'm now waiting for Phoenix fans to come in and bash him.

So glad he's going to Florida. I'll be able to root for him easily. Really hope he stays healthy and replaces Garrison on the PP point with his bomb.
