The new All That Remains album was leaked today. So far it's heavier than the last but also has a few "radio" type songs and what seems to be a love song which is disturbing. The heavier type songs are excellent and the first single "Stand up" is actually very good. It's no Fall of Ideals but not much is.

Is there any new metal (heavy, power, thrash, or speed) that doesn't involves screaming/growling vocals?

Yeah too many people in this thread like screaming/growling singers, which I find overrated. I can help you on the Power metal department

Blind Guardian (Probably my favourite overall band, but first 3-4 albums are speed/power)
Alestorm
Almah
Cloudscape
Gamma Ray
Iced Earth
Iron Savior
Kamelot
Pagan's Mind (One of the best upcoming bands, absolutely amazing singer)
Sonata Arctica

Thanks for the list.

I already know of Blind Guardian, Gamma Ray and Iced Earth. I like them all.

Mirror Mirror is a great song, and Ralph Scheepers and Kai Hansen in Gamma Ray are great.

To be honest, straight up Rock like Alice in Chains

Here is a few more to check out

Helloween
Dark Moor
Dragonland
Evergrey

But you definitely need to check out Iron Savior and Pagan's Mind. Also there are very few (or none) thrash bands with melodic vocals, the closest I know is Testament (Maybe Megadeth could be classified as thrash). Also you might like this,

Sonata Arctica is power metal, not speed metal.

Only Speedwolf, Infiltrator, and No Stayer have anything close to growls? Vektor's are a Kreator-esque scream, but all the others are pretty darn clean.

Early Queensryche was progressive metal, and then later more progressive rock/hard rock.

But seriously, what is wrong with Post-metal?
Bands like Isis, Cult of Luna, Sólstafir, Rosetta and so on would perfectly fit that bill imo.

It's the term I object to. A term coined by insecure indie rock hipsters afraid of openly liking a dreaded Heavy Metal band, so they coined the term "post-metal" to make it seem hip to their poser therein. These bands play Sludge, a style derived from bands like Neurosis and Isis.

He wanted a list of Power Metal bands, so I gave him a list of power metal bands I know of. Who cares if they're new or not?

But for the sake of new power metal bands here,

Anthropia.

Galneryus, their latest CD is masterpiece and contains a song which should end up in the very best of power metal cd! Angel of salvation. Youtube it
They also have one of the genres best guitarist, SYU. They are not new at all but they are not so famous here in the west. But their new cd was realesed this month so..

While Neurosis and Isis have notable sludge roots and can be called sludge without me wincing, there's no way bands like Rosetta or Pelican or Russian Circles could be called sludge with a straight face.

If you really think these two songs belong in the same genre, I have no idea what to tell you.

I'm having trouble finding newer power metal bands myself. I did run into Phoenix Rising a couple months ago:

It was obvious you were trying to mock him for using a term favored among lots and lots of fans.
You see how I left out Neurosis right? They are sludge to me, just like bands like the Melvins, Crowbar and early Isis but the later albums I do think is something I could relate more to something like Post-metal than Sludge. And Aaron Turner himself has on several occasions mentioned his band as a post-metal act but I guess he's an insecure indie rock hipster.

But whatever, not like metal fans will ever agree upon genres anyway

I'd say Pelican's early releases are quite "sludgy". Who says subgenres can't have divergent sounds while still maintaining similar aesthetics? The same way these two bands are Doom-Metal yet have divergent sounds:

Again its the term I object to. Its ridiculously pretentious and asinine. If it's "post-metal" why does it still sound like Metal? The same thing with "post rock", its nothing more than a modern form of Progressive Rock. I quite like some of the bands listed under these labels (Neurosis, Isis, GYBE, Mogwai, Mono, 65 Days of Static, etc).

If Led Zeppelin had been formed now they would've been called Post-Blues.
