I'm dissappointed Leafs did not pursue Tomas Vokoun, Pittsburgh seemed to still a march on everyone there.
no way he comes back. he didn't get invitations last couple of years. why this year? no way Burke is that stupid. i'm not a big fan of going with Scrivens and Reimer but Hasek..

Who stresses out about hockey?
I enjoy it, win or loss. A lock out would suck

to a degree we are all emotionally invested in this team (especially if you watch all the games) and all the losses are bound to disappoint you and get you down a little

Not nearly enough to hope for no nhl for a year. This league would Crumble if there was another lockout or strike.

How are you still here?

This is really cool dude. I have been thinking myself about getting something like this. Proud to associate myself with the leafs, such a great organization and a big part of many's lifes and a big part of our Canadian culture. Love the contrast with the canadian flag as well. Proud to be a part of Leafs Nation and Proud to be Canadian. Absolute beautiful piece of work.

Interesting... Sorry if it's been discussed don't flame me.

JVR and Colin Wilson are close friends, JVR said Wilson is one of his closest hockey friends. I bet that's why Burke was talking to Nashville at the draft. Wouldn't be surprised if he's a leaf here soon.

Not to mention Colin Wilson would be a good fit here anyways.

What is C.Wilson's problem? He has a ton of skill, but still can't crack Nashville's extremely weak top 6 forwards.

If Burke were to acquire him, what would the cost be? Macarthur + 2nd?

I would love to Colin Wilson on the team, but I want his as a center. I dont think he can really be a 1st line center, but he could be an amazing 2nd line center. Pretty much a Grabovski with size, the plus is he is on a cheap contract.

Question is, if we picked up Wilson, where does that leave Grabovski? Potentail Trade bait in a potential package for #1 center or #1 goalie?

Even if he can't crack the top 6 here he'd still be a good fit. He'd at very least develop into a top end 3C... Not sure if Mac and a 2nd would get it done but I'd do something like that in a heartbeat.

Why are people insistent on spelling Brian Burke's name wrong?
