PP didn't look so good, Vatanen pulling the trigger a lot. Had a nice pass to Lasch, but he couldn't control it and put it in

Well that didn't last long, Holland takes a hooking penalty to stop a breakaway

Forecheck hasn't been effective enough so far.

Vatanen-Lindholm pairing on the 5-3 PP, I liked it. Hampus gives good accurate passes to Sami to one-time in.

And Caputi scores!! 1-0 Norfolk.

1-0! Caputi, tried to center to Wagner for a tap-in but went in from a defenseman

edit Lasch gets the assist

1-1, looked like a soft one, along with poor coverage.

1-1 =( Jam in front of the net and puck bounces in from somewhere. Maybe in from the skate of Vatanen.

1-1. It looks like it hit Vatanen's skate and slipped in. A bit similar goal as the first one in the other end.

Nice forecheck by Lasch, stole it behind the net and almost put it in

Could have been a penalty there.

1-1 after 1. Kind of mjeh period, some nice effort from Etem, Lasch and DSP. Vatanen good in offensive zone, but in their own end he just seems to slap to puck away along the boards. Lindholm some nice moves in the D-zone and during breakout, but gave the puck away when trying to solo through 4 opponents. Andersen is solid.

Corey Pronman‏@coreypronman

Hampus Lindholm continues to impress, seamlessly adjusted to the AHL. Quick decisions, good defense, big body who can skate & make plays.

I still think Maroon is going to be a good 4th liner for us soon.

Only noticed Larsson on the PP, made some nice passes but nothing special otherwise.
