Is someone getting fired or is this a big happy family type of deal?

They better fire someone. I didn't agree to a price hike as a season ticket holder to build extra bench space for coaches

@PollakonSharks
Nothing official on what happens now with previous #sjshark assistants, but likely Woodcroft stays in org., Shaw moving on.

Obviously we don't know yet. Woodcroft could move back to video and they roll with Tmac, Robinson, Shaw, and Johnson.

From the little I know, Jim Johnson is a good guy, so good for him. Of course, I am disappointed because this was yet another opportunity to bring in Mike Haviland and the Sharks obviously passed or Havi is still holding out hope to get an HC job although he keeps getting passed up for HC positions the last few offseasons. I guess I'll get over it at some point.

Edit: With Pollak's tweet that Shaw is probably moving on there is still hope another AC could be hired. :-)

With Shaw gone they are probably gonna make Woodcroft just focus on Offense. Please keep him far far away from the D.

one thing's for certian, dw was not impressed with the assistants and tmac has pretty much lost a lot of his authority after last season's disaster.

It's possible Havliand simply does not want to be an assistant coach hehe.

I have no idea who this person is so I have no opinion. Makes me wonder though if Woodcroft is going back in the video room and it will be Robinson and Johnson on the bench.

Was he hired as an 'alternate' coach?

Let's just keep adding coaches and giving them new titles so no one gets suspicious

I like the sound of this.
