Glad to see Hossa contributing... but I'd just like to say, LOOK AT BULIS...quite impressive!

I think you forgot to update Sundstrom's stats. From the last update I have seen, he played 25 games and has 28 points (7 goals, 21 assists).

I think it's safe to say that this is the only time we'll see Huet and Saku tied in points.

Keep in mind Jan Bulis is playing with Milan Hejduk. It's not as if he's not riding on his coat-tails at least a tiny bit.

Or maybe it`s the opposite He did have more points then him. (I don`t know if it`s still the case)

Keep in mind that Jan Bulis has also played with players like Saku Koivu, who's a good player in his own right, and he's never had this type of consistent production, maybe he's finally breaking out and fufilling the promise the Caps saw in him when they drafted him...

I aslways had the feeling that Bulis has an untapped potential that he hasn't been able to reach due to playing time, injuries, etc.

Michal Mikeska - 36GP, 16-28-44
Milan Hejduk - 38GP, 21-18-39
Jan Bulis - 31GP, 17-16-33

Maybe they are both riding on Mikeska's coat-tails! haha

Zeddy's points per game are nearing a hand-clappy thing - good to see

Bulis a slight slight edge in PPGs, plus he missed a few games so I guess he got injured at some point.. might have played 2-3 games not being at 100%. Good to see!

Marcel Hossa just recorded an assist (his 5th of a season) in the 1st period of the Modo/Mora game (broadcasted by RDS) on a goal by Ladislav Nagy. I must say he looks pretty impressive out there. I think he's more confident while controlling the puck than he was last season with Hamilton. He does look stronger and more willing to fight for the puck in the corners too. He got robbed at the end of the 1st period. Marcel tried a wrist shot top shelf, but the goalie got his glove on it.

I saw that game too and the Hossa i saw today was a force out there! Handling the puck making plays, strong on the puck. There was a sequence in the 3rd period where he totally dominated. Great to see.

The only thing Marcel needs id for his confidence to come back. He is though on himself and I believe he playing with his brother in Sweeden will help him. Watch for him when the NHL comes back

Milano of the Serie A (top Italian League). On the weekend, they just participated in the 4 team Continental Cup and were waxed 6-1 by Andrei Markov's Dynamo Moscow team (note: Markov was named top defender for the short tourney won by the Slovakian team).

My dad and I have a great/frustrating time watching Bulis... He's so fast he gets all kinds of breakaways but then he ALWAYS misses the net! It's frustrating, yes, but also too funny!

But isn't Bulis just a "puck dumper" that he has been affectionately called by a certain poster.

Bulis is a player that has always been able to create offensive chances for himself and his teammates. He has incredible, explosive speed but lacked the finishing touch to be a consistent scorer. The amount of scoring chances he got last year without scoring was crazy but perhaps now they are starting to go in for. Because I mean he is still only 25(I think) so, as you said, he might be tapping into his offensive potential.

Always loved Jan, might be my favorite Hab. Always works hard every shift and is exciting to watch. Jan
