No - I want them to be excited about this year and the future and sell me on their product now instead of relying on 20 years ago.
Since Twitter is the worst thing to come from the internet since Badger (badger badger...), I wouldn't get too upset. If you get your tickets in the mail and it's just Jim Kelly's mug in the background, or the game program has only bios of the team from the early 90s, then you might have an argument
At least two of them weren't his fault. Byrds two were just great plays by him. One was some kind of insane sprawled out leaping catch that would have topped the weeks highlight reels, where as the other one was just a great move by byrd at the last second.
Wow itís just training camp. The guy is the best QB since Flutie. Guys who were worse than Fitz have won titles mind you. Brad Johnson, Jeff Hostedler and Trent Dilfer come to mind.
If your D is good you don't need an outstanding QB
Not a valid comparison.
I took a look at traits for a Super Bowl winning QB at Buffalo Rumblings. Since the end of the NFC Super Bowl run, every team that has won a title has a franchise QB (56 starts with the team that drafted him), or an all-time great defense - with the notable exception of Kurt Warner.
Buffalo is banking on Fitzpatrick becoming Warner, or the defense being mentioned with the 2000 Ravens and 2003 Bucs.
