Kypreos, you big dumb son of a *****. When there was supposed to be the news conference in '5' minutes with a 'decision' (Would go home from Toronto to make a decision) he tweeted that, scared me a little bit. It was for Parise, but considering they were a package deal, scary nonetheless.
I sent him a few mocking tweets at him after Suter signed to rub it in his face.
Where did those idiots get the false info is what I want to know!
I remember reading Lawton's tweet and I almost choked on my throat, I was so shocked and happy. My stomach turned, I couldn't believe it! I knew that also meant Parise was coming home.. Or deep down I had a strong feeling!
What was everyone else feeling? Did you guys think we had Parise too if Lawton said we had Suter on July 3rd?
Also, what were you guys thinking knowing Parise was coming home before making an announcement? I also knew that had to mean something good. I just couldn't imagine him coming home only to say he was resigning with NJ or signing with Pitt. He did not need to see his family in order to go there and in this day and age, he could do a fricken video conference call with his family. I felt he was coming home to announce he was staying home. Or that is what I hoped! LOL
I was basically under the impression that we were getting both or neither, so waking up to Lawton's tweet was a fantastic was to start America Day.
But... um... they were both being greedy! Er wait, other teams offered more? Then, uh they, um... they must be boyfriends! Yeah! That'll show 'em! What? They're both married to 10's? *****. Well, they're both declining and can't handle the pressure of a real market. Does anyone even know what hockey is in Minneso.... *****.
Did anyone else see when SportsCenter did the top 10 countdown of transactions for the year (all sports)? Parise/Suter was #10, and RICK NASH on his own, in a trade, was #6. I'm pretty sure that if the Rangers got Parise/Suter it would be #1 and no one in Bristol outside of Bucci would have ever heard of Rick Nash. Effing ESPN.
