This thing seems a little off. In both my WHC match (Sheamus vs ADR) and WWE title match (Cena vs Punk) the match quality was 67%. Both of them were just normal singles matches.

In previous matches between these guys, the matches always had match qualities in the high 80s - low 90s.

My match ratings always depend on the heat between the two in the match and the purpose of the match, I find.

On a side note, I want to try TEW. Can someone that plays this describe how it is? I've read it takes so long to book one show and it's really a headache.

That's probably because Henning is too over for the belt. It's her way of suggesting that Henning is elevated to upper mid-card / main event.

- Open the EWR folder.

- Open the game itself and you're good to go.
It opens then closes right away. Must not work on 10.8

I want to buy out TNA, but I don't because the industry is taking a hit and I don't want to lose a substantial amount of money and not make it back.
Raid their workers, go to the scouting section of the board meetings and if they say a TNA star is reaching the end of their contract sign them.

I just brought Dean Ambrose up from development the night after WrestleMania and beginning the road to Ambrose going to the top.

What he's done in three weeks since being up on the main roster:

-Interrupt Mick Foley on Raw, begin a feud.
-Injure Mick Foley then next week, ending the feud.
-Get into a feud with Christian ever since.
-Pin John Cena on Smackdown.

Ambrose and Christian are unreal together. ****3/4 match at Backlash.

I've played both. I can say TEW is much more in depth and took me a lot longer to grasp than EWR.

One of the main differences is you assign your shows time length (1 hour, 1hr30ms, etc) and actually assign your segments and matches a time length.

It takes longer to book for sure, but it hasn't given me headaches for now. Although I will admit I've ran mostly one hour shows as I created a company that I made to be a complete start up company in a 1989 mod (no prestige, no popularity anywhere) and have started with about 11 wrestlers and gone from there.

It took me longer to get into TEW than EWR, but I have thoroughly enjoyed both. TEW has far more wrestler stats than EWR, it also tracks wrestler records for the year (Wins, Draws, Losses) which I found really cool.

I would say give it a try, but don't give up on it right away, because it is different and I found it to have a steeper learning curve to EWR. It wouldn't surprise me if you like it.

Thanks for that. If anything, I'll probably buy the latest updated version around Christmas time when I get a new laptop.

Right now in my EWR, I've stolen James Storm from TNA and moved Smackdown to Thursday to go head to head with TNA. The war is on, *****es.

TEW is in depth like something like Football Manager. Everything is just more in-depth.

I like it way more than EWR, but I also go at a way slower place, because you need to be more careful with your booking.

I read they're releasing a TEW '13 in December, that means it'll have ALL the updated rosters right? And I would still be able to play (and control) WWE?

How is it like booking the matches and segments? Is there a list of predetermined results/segments like EWR or completely different?

TEW uses an alternate universe called the Cornellverse, fans will make rosters for it though.

Just downloaded TEW 2005 to give it a try with a roster update from February 2012 in WWE, and wow, it's different from EWR big time.

So it's October 2012 and I'm having CM Punk join a heel faction with Paul Heyman, Brock Lesnar, Sara Del Ray, Homicide and Dean Ambrose (Colt Cabana may or may not be added, he might be best used on his own) they will help him keep the belt until WM 30 (before I which I plan on unifying both major belts) I just need to figure out who to push to be the guy to beat Punk, right now I'm stuck between Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler, and Dean Ambrose (from the inside). Both have their pluses and minuses, though Dolph Ziggler is current Heavyweight champ so I might have him do the job to Punk at 29. D-Bry would be guaranteed to give the match ending a 2.5 year reign the quality it deserves, but I could also go with Ambrose.

I could have Ambrose leave "The Organization" over a woman and turn by helping Punk's opponent win, but that would have a Starrcade 1997 feel to it. Unless I do it in the rematch...

I do have a contingency plan if Punk gets injured or goes to rehab though.

I like that I can set match times in TEW, set where my shows are and have more angle/match options.

EWR has a lot more simplicity to it though and it moves along quicker.

Yeah, Adam Ryland snuck some stuff into the code that gives special messages to certain wrestlers, RVD has a few where he talks like a stoner. I didn't know that they were kept in the mods though.
