Stick Blade Cracked

as you can see my blade split... any suggestions to patch it up? It used for ball hockey so I could easily glue & tape it up as a backup stick.

Thanks for the tip(s) in advance,
GLG

The last easton stick I used did this too. I tried to keep using it, but the shot was gone.

It might still be ok for ball hockey, but then again it may fail when you're digging in the corner though. Personally, I'd try Gorilla Super Glue and then tape it up normally.

I think I'll just glue it and use it in the basement to take shots as well as use it as a guide to cut future sticks ;-)

Thanks for the Gorilla glue tip

Epoxy will work better than Gorrilla glue so I've heard; though obviously, your blade is done. You can always cut it off and put a replacement blade into it so you don't waste the shaft.

That would be good if they actually sold a TAVARES replacement blade ;-)

I'll just use glue & tape it for taking shots in my basement and keep it so I know where to cut down my future sticks!

I've only seen this happen on Easton sicks. Gorilla glue should do fine if it's just for ball hockey.
