Jagr has the additional wrinkle that some of his "evolution" took place in the KHL.
And Sellanne's "evolution" happened either in some sort of rehab facility, or over the course of the 6 whole WC games he played in 2005.

Two more goals by Marleau tonight (and an assist) and both were accurate trigger shots. He is a real finisher, the first from a sweet Thornton pass from behind the net.

Edmonton sadly lacks defensemen who know what to do with their sticks defensively in their own zone.

Yakupov got his first NHL goal though. A real high energy guy.

party's over

hfboards is blocked at work again. and the only reason i ever got it back the first time was that the domain changed to hfboards.hockeysfuture.com from hfboards.com. I don't imagine another change is imminent so that's the end of me on the boards in the daytime.

it was good while it lasted.

Has anyone here ever done an ATD face to face with friends, with pen and paper?

(aka, if Tony D ever wants to do one at a bar somewhere in St. John's, say so, haha)

Good idea. I tried that and it redirected me to the current domain, which is blocked.

With my cousin, via email, over the course of 30 minutes, yes.

But, it is child's play when it's not an experienced GM. The only draft we did that was close was the "active players" draft and the Czechs, since he researched heavily, and I went by memory and forgot Suchy.

In any case, not only do you beat laymen quite easily, with their lacking experience in historical contextialization, they think they did the same to you!

You just make them once you wake up with what's left.

Either send a list or don't worry about being skipped.

Sounds like one of them marathon NHL Hockey Night in Swedalla could come in handy here! Considering i in a normal setting wont sleep at the same time as north americans and always wake up a handful of picks too late it's fortunate that Håkan Andersson is my father so i can get a diamond in the rough.

If it's close to your turn before you go to sleep, then make up a quick list of who you want to take and send it to a few GM's (obviously not the ones that pick before you). They will select the highest ranked player on your list if your turn comes around.

Andrei Markov is back in full force , Raphael Diaz also looking very good right now.Love it.

Especially with that punk Subban busy doing his best interpretation of a prima donna.

EDIT: Emelin also quietly looking good , also happy for my man Francis Bouillon , averaging 23 minutes per night , won't last but at least if there's a guy who deserve it it's him.Happy for Michel Therrien that this mediocre team is doing well in his beginning.Always liked that guy.

Just hope we can finally get rid of Subban as soon as possible.Don't care for all his talent , never reached 40 points yet thinks he's the king.**** him.

EDIT:Now that I'm in a good mood also happy for Gorges.I remember when he first came in town he wasn't even supposed to play , we had to get rid of Craig Rivet and his whining ass and got Pacioretty and Gorges for it.Gorges looked like a throw-in but in his first interview seemed like a nice guy so I wished him well.He sure exceeded everybody's expectations.Probably overpaid but I don't mind.

not sure if you're talking about me , but there isn't single song in this list that will ever approach my ipod

edit: except metallica.

but hey , if your point is that I'm a 90s kid , well I was , in the extent that a guy born in the early 80s is a 90s kid.
