Bozak is more proven and more developed you could argue then Read at this point, so if you move out Briere, your center depth could realistically look like this:
I'd actually be willing to move Briere if the right deal came along, but Briere has a NMC and probably won't waive it to go to Toronto.
As for this package, I'd take Kadri, but Bozak would have no place on the Flyers. He wouldn't be able to get past Giroux, Schenn, or Couturier. And his $1.5 million cap hit would be more than I'd want for a 4th line center, especially with Holmstrom, Cousins, and Laughton already in the system.

You could always move Schenn to LW and put Bozak on the 3rd line.
Depending on if Weber signs, I'm in a win-now mode if I'm Philly, and I wouldn't take this deal. They're not really in a salary-cap bind right now, and Blacker and Kadri are futures players for them.
Briere would obviously be an improvement for the Leafs, but at the same time, he doesn't quite fill the size requirements for that top line. Not sure how well Briere and Kessel would play together (Briere likes to carry the puck, if I recall correctly), and that first line needs a more physical centre to complement them.
