Okay, so I stayed the same weight wise this week, which I'm fine with because I lost 1/2in. in my waist and 3/4in in my hips. Totally cool with that...week 3 training begins today!

I cannot possibly quantify how hot Hathaway is in TDKR.

Every time she's on the screen it's like, "god almighty".

As loud as possible.

Adding more to my lifting routine today and I'm probably going to fall over after. It's all good.

I'd like to notice a visible difference.

Paterno is no longer the all-time NCAA wins leader and rightfully so.

Later, Penn State.

I'm pretty interested to see how the hockey team does. You have to think the appeal of what will eventually be a Big 10 hockey conference will attract some big time recruits.

Same here. The Sabres owner invested his own money into the program and I hope it thrives. $102 million of his own money, might I add.

I am such a big Penn State football fan, this devastates me. Such a tragic situation and it really destroys the image of JoePa in so many eyes.

I hope someday the program will get back to prominence under the new regime, but it sure will be an uphill climb. Understatement of the century.

Loved me some White Lion. Remakes or covers or whatever you want to call them usually suck but 1 of my favorites was White Lion's "Radar Love".

White Lion was sold short in a midst of one album wonders that came and went in a flash or decade, but Vito was one hell of a guitarist. Those solos were awesome.

Same here. I have a few friends that graduated from there and I've met quite a few current/former/retired football players and Joe Pa.

Sad day, but hopefully they can overcome this.

So I was on the line for payment at Staples and they have this PC clinic thing going. The pricing chart was next to the barcode scanner, so I took a peek. I literally laughed my way out of the store when I saw that people actually pay 50 bucks to swap a RAM module.

love that song, love it love it love it. They took Golden Earring's version (or whatever the **** their name was) and enhanced it to a superhuman level.

Sucks that Vito broke his hand after quitting the band, too. Made a comeback impossible.

I didn't think death penalties but I don't really think this was "more severe" as everyone was saying:

They lost 60 mill sucks but it will dent their budgets and money.

4 years of lost bowls is kind of crappy but with their reputation stained, there was already going to be an exodus from the athletes so it will turn into just a few years of loss.

The scholarships are what really hurts. Big pain and really limits the university.

5 years probation- cool.

But in the end, I suppose this was all fair and hopefully the courts candle those who covered this up. That is the real hammer of justice that is needed here anyway.

my favorite comment so far:

Adam Proteau ‏@Proteautype
One of Penn State's punishments is a "vacation of wins" from 1998-2011. They didn't get the death penalty, they got the Maple Leafs penalty.

I understand why she did it.
Actually, the city's not half bad. I just particularly despise the clients that we have there.
And the Oilers fans that I come across. I don't think they're all that bad though.
