head to head is way better, less chance of stacking points, there were weeks last year when Brady went ass hunting and my team put up 150+ points when our league AVG was closser to 110 that is just too unfair in points race.

Well, the auto-draft could have went better. Oh well. Anyways, please keep it head-to-head.

Get out. You killed me by claiming Russell Wilson off of waivers when Matt Flynn is my back up QB..

The only thing I don't like is I am too dependent on Seattle, Tennessee, and Pittsburgh. Nine out of fourteen slots are filled by those teams.

So when do lineups have to be set each week? Hows that work? I want to know when I can stop worrying about player news for the week.

You can set up your players up until they play.

Say, if you have any players playing on Wednesday, and you want them to play, you have to set them in your roster by Wednesday, up until game time. And then that player is locked into your roster until Tuesday next week, when the new week starts.

Same with players who are playing Thursday night, saturday, sunday, whatever. You just have until they play. And if you have a player in your active lineup and the game they are in starts, you cannot pull those players out.

So...keep up with stuff until sunday morning around 11, our time.

Really? That sounds a lot more convenient than what I was thinking.

Okay then, newsfeed watching all the way until sunday.

Regarding the flex spot...

I talked with some guys on here before the draft about what everyone wanted, and Prov asked if we could do what we're doing now, with limiting flex to WR/TE. I had no issue with it so I did it. I'm not sure how I feel about changing it now, after the draft, so...sorry

Changing it after the draft seems like it would invalidate a lot of what we did, so I'm in favor of keeping it the way it is and potentially discussing it next season.

Well the changes he made aren't anything that would really affect draft strategy at all, so... well whatever.

I think we're good now unless someone comes up with something that we all go "Oh, DUH! why the hell didnt we do that...". But that's not likely at this point.

Just to remind everyone:

the Season Opener is tonight! Make sure if you have any NY Giants or DAL Cowboys on your fantasy teams and you want their points to count, set them in your starting lineups!

The rest of the season begins on Sunday, so you'll have to do the rest of your lineups by then.

Hopefully this thread can also become a bit of a general football talk thread as well? Who knows.

Hm someone sent me a trade... I'm too tired to even ponder what it is right now... can hardly focus... been up 28 hours again... no giants or cowboys players involved, so I'm gonna get some sleep before the season opener tonight and then look at whatever the hell it is once my mind is working again.

Even if there were, it wouldn't matter for this week. Trades take a couple days to go through in order to give the rest of the league the chance/option to veto lopsided trades.

Ugh. This has to be the most boring opening game I have ever seen. So far at least. Watching paint dry seems rather appealing at this point.

Dangit Romo, you were supposed to score that by throwing to Bryant.
