Great news. Glad to have this done. Thx to Speedyturtle for the heads up again.

Now we just need the season to start on time.

Not really a suprise since Matheson wrote last week that it would be done early this week.

Again, the first member of the MSM to call another one.

Radulov is a flake though, Yakuov not so much.

meh... decent depth signing ... not sure if it was necessary considering we just re-upped both Petrell and Hordichuk.

Well yeah but I think the point of the signing is to add some depth and toughness to the farm. Should Petrell or Hordi go down, he'll likely be a first call up. But no way he makes the team out of camp barring injuries. It will definitely provide some protection for the kids on the farm and open up some space for Josh Green.

Why did he sign so late...is it because he doesn't want to play here or he asked for a trade...

He signed so that he could look like a typical Russian and bolt to the KHL while having an NHL deal.

Yakupov should play for the barons next season if theres a lockout..millions of dollars will come to him naturally, KHL is good too i guess but i would prefer he play in the ahl first

He doesn't stand a chance against Sven "the next Eberle" Bartschi!

This may not be a popular opinion, and it pains me to say it, but I think Bartschi is going to be a hell of a player and could easily challenge for the Calder next season.

He probably only signed there because they have no depth and he was promised top minutes.
