Biggest day is local ownership stopping the relocation of the club. This is big, but, we signed a player for $110mil in a bonus heavy, front loaded deal after he turned down or just sought more than a reported $104mil from the team (source: Brett Wilson interview).
Brett Wilson didn't mention structure .. just said in his interview that the team's pre-offer sheet proposal was $104mil ( $6mil below the offer .... 428k per year difference). Apparently the team was offering up some sizable money before Philly leveraged a huge bonus structure out of us.
Definitely up there, but I have to go with the ownership group taking the reigns officially. The rally was up there, too, because that was when it finally started to seem like the team was definitely staying.
