Bauer Supreme History/ Timeline

First off I'm a life-long skater of Supreme's, I actually think my foot formed to the boot while growing up. Back in the day (1991?) I had Supreme Custom 2000's, my last pair until recently.

I see a lot of used Supremes around online and wonder what year they are from and what may be the best to pick up (especially if needed). I see 3000, 5000, 5090, 6000, and the Nike Bauer era (I think 2004?) etc. etc. and it gets a little confusing. There is no exact timeline on the web I can find.

Can anyone give a rough breakdown of the evolution of the skate by year?

Better to post this question over at MSH, there are guys who've been around longer and would give you a better answer.
