Mtl/SJ

To : P.K Subban + Palushaj + White

To : Clowe + Murray + conditional draft pick depend if they sign new contract

I think it's a good deal for both.

I wouldn't say Murray has no value, but I would say that Subban has much, much higher value than Murray and Clowe.

Clowe = 50-60 pts with grit

Murray = one of the most solid guy in nhl for bodycheck I think he's a 3-4 def in any team

I'm a big fan of Clowe, but not at the expense of Subban.

Murray is definitely the type of d-man that the Habs need, but again, not at the expense of Subban.

Murray is 3rd pair at best at this point. Clowe is UFA in a year no?

Subban > 50-60 points with grit at any rate

ill tell you this so you don't write anymore trades with subban again. The Montreal Canadiens will not trade Subban unless theres a Defensemen thats better and practically the same age, coming in return... Montreal will maybe in the next years to come, consider trading Subban only when Beaulieu and Tinordi are good and playing regularly for the team. At the moment Subban is too important for the Habs since we can't rely on Markov anymore because of his injury risks. Subban is currently our main Pillar defensemen.
Btw your offer for Subban is not even close to being enough. we are aiming for players like Bobby Ryan that are young, big and skillful. that can make a major impact now and in the future for our prospects in the next 2-3 years.

Heavily lopsided towards San Jose. I would do cartwheels if that would become reality. Unfortunately, in reality, Montreal doesn't even remotely consider that.

If SJ wants Subban, Couture has to be coming back.

this would be the worse trade Habs have ever done. even worse then the scott gomez for mcdonagh trade and ribeiro for ninima trade...

Even if that is true, they wont get you a 22 year old top pairing d-man.

Buddy not only Couture.... theres going to be a lot more with Couture coming back for Bergy to make the trade. I'd prob consider doing it only if Couture, Vlasic and Burns are coming in return, i wouldn't do anything less than that for Subban.

How about we just hold on to our 22 years old number 1 defenseman? Not saying the value isn't there with Couture but what's the point, teams hold on to their young stars and build around them.

Murray play with Boyle

Montreal need big winger like Clowe and big def like Murray

and Subban still not signed yet.Maybe he want too much money and Bergevin don't want to give him.Subban is a distraction in Montreal his teamate don't like him as much.

Maybe Bergevin put him on the block

Who know's ???

This is a trade opinion board, I'm speculating value, nothing else.

While Clowe & Murray would fit nicely in Montreal, giving up Subban for those 2 would be a pretty bad trade, considering that Clowe is a free agent in a year. We can get better value for Subban. Plus, San Jose fans have been drumming up that they need a top 6 player, this trade doesn't help them at all.

So on 10:
...
7 - Good proposal, this seems to fit a need.
6 - Decent proposal, not sure it fits any needs.
5 - Average proposal, this really doesn't fit.
...

who said his teamates don't like him??? And even if they didn't like him, Bergevin would never give Subban for the players you named. 1st, they are too old. 2nd, they are not even close to what subban is worth. 3rd, Subban would only go to San Jose if Couture, Vlasic and Burns would be coming in return.. So forget about it, theres absolutely no chance hes ending up in San Jose.

You think Subban fetches Couture, Burns, and Vlasic?
