He guys, do me a favor. We are going to have about 4-5 new people in the game here. Since a majority of you guys are up to speed and understand the changes please help them feel welcome and try to help them along early all.
They all seem pretty eager to get going so I think they will be good additions here but they will need a little guidance early on.
I am going to post the roster list (almost completed) now and again make sure to read the main post once the new thread opens up as well as to read my warning from the last page.
Thanks guy and I'm looking forward to starting fresh with everyone starting from the same starting point.
I promise no more major roster overhauls for the foreseeable future. Now that I have my barrings set up in this game I can monitor everything even more closely so things don't slip out of hand here.
This should be a more competitive and enjoyable experience.

Are we going to be able to make trades prior to the draft to move up and down or for the sake of simplicity are we just going to select in the order we have?

And I'm sure this was said somewhere (just like every question you answer), are unsigned FA's available to everyone, or will they go to the real team that signs them? I'm guessing the former
Question regarding the trade committee. For examples sake, let's say that I make a trade with Killem (not that I'd ever do that, I said an example), is he still involved for the review of the trade? Or would a 3rd/alternate member rule on the trade? Just some food for thought.

There will be a brief free agency period after the draft so one the game "officially" starts any free agent that isn't signed can sign with any team they want. It's not going to be based on where they sign in real life. Just the guys up to this point will already be on your team.

Yea, you can make trades during the draft (however the only complication is that you can't trade 3rd-7th round picks this year, you can only trade the player that your real life team drafted that round). If that makes any sense.

The other 2 members will discuss the trade amongst themselves and come to an agreement.
