So easy to root for these scrapheap acquisitions. They've really come through for the O's.

Davis with another good play in right field. Wonder how long before Buck stops putting Chavez out there as a defensive substitution.

Well, that's deserved enough. Not having Jones bunt in the eighth is bad baseball.

Ugh. Way to waste 8 innings of solid baseball.

Nats getting worked early. I was thrilled Desmond ran through the stop sign at 3rd base. 3rd base coaches dont always know the jump the runner got.

I am thinking Chen vs The Cheater tonight. Chen has better stats on longer rest.

I am expecting splits in both series. After seeing the Nats lit up ha. Its only money.

Ironic, about the worst throw I have ever seen to the relay, ends up goading Harper to try to take 3rd.

If the Orioles can knock the Yankees out of the playoffs and make just one Yankees fan cry, I will forgive Angelos for everything.

Hahah. Not a two team guy but still have the fondness for the O's. Closing out the yankees would be pretty awesome.

Would still love to see him come out next year and become a legit front of the rotation starter, but at least he has a role in the majors.

His stuff is electric, but he's a nut case. He has top 2 in the rotation stuff. In a few seasons he could be the second or third guy behind Bundy or out of the league.

Just a great atmosphere at Camden, wish I could of found a way to get a playoff game in.

Oh and I think Matusz is better off as a reliever, maybe even close in the future.

Don't see him being out of the league. At worst he stays a lefty specialist and middle reliever. Could end up an 8th inning guy (like tonight), closer, or starter if he can improve against righties and find some more consistency and longevity.

I was at the game tonight.

Yeah, Camden Yards was rocking (and it was 95% O's fans).

I made a comment to my wife last night about how few Yankees fans there looked to be. Nice to see the O's fans filling up the park.

I don't either, but he certainly could wash out if he kept serving them up.

He was in AAA for a reason.

I'm rooting for them to get drubbed.

I don't understand this "they're my NL team" crap.

While at times I feel brief moments of ill will towards the Nats, there's no real rivalry there. They're not my "NL team" or anything like that (if I had an "NL team" it would probably be the Phillies, though even that is a major stretch), but I wouldn't mind seeing a DC team succeed as I'm a DC fan in hockey and football. And a Beltway World Series would be really cool, and we all know it.

Yeah, me neither. I'm not one that can root for multiple teams in the same league. Feels wrong.
