Baltimore is little brother. The Ravens and Orioles are our little brother, but they're still family. Don't really dislike them.

Angelos did me in about 10 years ago. Everyone likes to complain about Snyder and Teddy but I get the feeling that they want to win. I don't get that vibe from PA. I don't follow the Nats or baseball anymore.

i saw a recent presser with davey johnson where he was asked his thoughts on being manager of the year this year. he said he got a pink slip the last time he won that award. peter angelos strikes again.

i think something must have changed with how the orioles are run because showalter wouldnt have wanted that job otherwise.

Another fine fielding play by Ryan Zimmerman.

Strasburg or not, the Nats hitting and fielding has been horrible in this series, and the main reason why the Nats are down 2-1.

Seeing Jeter hoping around the bases and field last night got me thinking...

How many times have I seen Cal Ripken foul a ball off his foot? Cal would hop out of the box, but then you would never know he got hit. It must be at least 50 times.

Jeter yeesh he milked it to no end.

I'm in a good enough mood, I might actually root for the O's tonight.

Beautiful. I literally punched the ceiling in excitement. My knuckles are bleeding. Awesome.

Man, what a game. Outstandiing pitching, and that final at bat was something else.

What a game. What a hit. Sure feels good to be on this side of a walk-off HR in the playoffs.

Man JZim/Clippard/Storen were beasts there the last three innings. Listening to the game at work vial the MLB at bat app...barely productive.

I'm not openly rooting for Baltimore to lose, esp. against the Yankees. But anyone who's followed DC's attempts to get baseball is fully aware of everything Angelos did to try to kill any attempts to get baseball here. That has killed for me any warm fuzziness about the Orioles story this season.

Huge kudos to the Nats pitching today and Werth with the big blast.

McLouth seemed stunned he caught it

I was stunned.

The way he swung his glove after he caught it looked a bit odd

I swear my first thought was that he caught it in a cap... it was just such an odd looking grab.

He will forever be known as Air McLouth.

He jumped like he was going to hit the wall, and didn't. I think he reached out with the gloved hand to protect himself. Only, he whiffed, and had the ball in there.

McLouth and The Wet Noodlers. Someone should tell them it's an elimination game.
