Welp, this sucks. ND isn't just making the tackles they should be making. Teo hasn't shown up either.

As much as I hate seeing Saban win, an ND ass beating is always welcome. That was ****ing awesome.

That was an expected result. Hope they lost a ton of viewers mid game when the blowout was apparent. Then next time maybe they'll have two deserving teams in the championship instead of just one.

I hated both teams going into this, but I gotta admit, it warms my heart to see Notre Dame get beat down.

Alabama covered my -17 spread by 11 points. Notre Dame really is not a great team. Good, not great. They didn't deserve to be in this game. The real championship took place against Georgia. This was like the victory lap.

It was men vs boys. Game should have been Oregon vs Bama.

Despite the ND hate here (and pretty much everywhere else, which to this day I quite don't understand), I have to tip my hat off to a great season. Nobody had us finishing in the top 25 let alone #1. We were simply outmatched from top to bottom. Alabama's experience, along with their duo of McCarron-Lacey did us in. Congrats to them.

Looking forward to next season with 5-star recruits Smith, Redfield, and Bryant ready to take hold of our D and O. Should be an interesting QB battle between Golson and Kiel.

They always recruit like crazy. Hasn't translated into competing at the level they should in a long time.

Tell that to USC. I sort of blame Weis for some recruits not panning out. He just simply is not as good at developing players as Kelly is.

But USC was recently sanctioned. I've seen USC win multiple championships in my lifetime. I've seen ND in a big game twice and they were dominated both times.

The ND hate is for people all over the country including those in the northeast that are ND fans with no connection to the school.

Exactly. And the fact that they refuse to join a conference and play a regular schedule like every other school because they're greedy as **** and want to have their own tv deal.

I'm sorry, I didn't know you had to be connected to a school in order to become a fan. My bad.

You don't, but at least be a fan of a local school and not some private school in Indiana. That's the ultimate t-shirt fan

It's not even hate. It's people who realize Notre Dame had no chance against Alabama.

Since when was it a crime to have a some faith/belief in your team? Alabama was obviously the better team going into the game, but both had cases for winning the game, ND included. Crazier things have happened in college football.

With that, i'll withdraw my discussion regarding anything ND related. I like you guys, I don't want to get silly college football love/hate in the way of that.

There is nothing wrong with believing in your team. Not a thing.

I'm just saying you called us haters yesterday, which simply wasn't the case.

I literally know nothing about this Manti guy or NCAA football at all. But this story is over here too.

Wow. Bizarre.

So, from what I've read

Met a girl online
Girl lies about who she is uses a fake picture
only ever talks to her on the phone
Girl fakes death of girl in said fake picture

Horribly f'd up just disgusting.

As someone who met someone online and was in a relationship with them for a 1yr and a half after meeting in person I know the type of connection you can make with someone that way before you even meet.

Easy to poke fun of Te'o right now but his head must be so messed up. Really feel for the guy.
