Great move for Winnipeg. He's been an under the radar defenseman for too long. Was hoping that he'd be available next summer. He'd be an ideal replacement for Kimmo.

Buff makes 5.2. I think he signed a 3 year extension at 5.2 per. This way he's locked up for 4 years like Buff, Ladd & Pavs.

While it would be awesome to lock him up for that long, I don't see True North giving out contracts of that length. That is just what I feel from local exposure. I could be wrong though.

Good stuff. While I have some reservations about Enstrom's play (and more specifically, his utilization) last season, he's no doubt a great asset and one of the best PMDs in the game.
