Only 2 weak spots on your team. Smith should be replaced and setup as a scratch. Foster who has more experience would fit in there nice. Smith & Lovejoy as your scratches.

Tedenby I don't find is a regular, nor would I put MacIntye in the lineup fulltime either. I would look at an option to upgrade that last 4th line winger and make it a solid 4th line. Like a Rupp or Glass someone like that. Though I seen you traded Glass lol. Well anyways along those lines.

Leave the defense, just swap Foster for Smith.

1. 4th line is a bit weak.

2. Ott should be moved to center on the 3rd line. Foligno moved down to 3rd line left wing where Ott was. Moore should be the 4th line center.

3. Blair Jones should be a scratch. Find someone to replace the left wing on the 2nd line as Foligno would be moved down.

4. Tallinder is not a top pairing defense. Your defense would be better like.

Myers Regehr
Ehrhoff Sekera
Tallinder Sulzer
Weber

That looks a bit more complete.

I appreciate your analysis but disagree. Myers and Tallinder were a legit number 1 pairing and dominant the year Myers won the Calder. Foligno ennis stafford was one the NHLs best line Iines for the end of the season. We're built more for chemistry then paper

Well I understand the forward situation.

Tallinder however his play has fallen off since he left Buffalo. I don't find him to be as good. He is slower IMO, and seems just to have lost a bit of the play he had before. He is a 3rd pairing Dman now, 2nd pairing on a weaker D core.

Ya d is really weak especially with Pronger not being able to play and backstrom as the back stop

Penguins; Top 6 is a bit weak IMO, very strong bottom 6! Your D is also pretty good but as another said move Foster into #6 D. He did score 12 points in 28 games with NJD, has a hell of a shot.

Buffalo; Very good defense! Good top 6 minus #2 LW. Bottom 6 could be a bit stronger but then again its the 4th line who wont see a lot of ice time anyway.

Blues; My favorite to be in the cup. Great offense topped by an even better D. Only thing that worries me is goalie. Bryz and Clemmensen are very streaky with some good streaks and some terrible ones but your D should be able to make them more consistant

Philly; All around solid offense, scoring on all four lines which can help our your goalies a lot. Your D though its an area that needs a bit of work. After your top pair it kind of drops off a lot and that could hurt your chances for the cup. On top of that your goal tenders aren't the greatest to go through the Flyers system. I see you getting #1 or #2 in Eastern Conference. #2 because of your D

If you are talking about me, look back a page. As for voting, after the trade deadline, send in the a list of where you place each team in their confrence, like:

Bruins
Isles
Canes
etc....

But have the division leaders. First place gets 15 points, second 14 points, third 13 points, etc... Once I get to my deadline, which I'll make later today, I'll add up all the points and post the results.

The Boston Bruins are in many trade talks with teams, arguably the most talks we've been in this whole game.

Just spoke to Calgary's DropkickQuinn, he says the Flames are "very happy with how their roster has turned out" but if they are given the opportunity to upgrade their center position or add some offense to the blueline at a reasonable price, they will take it

Hearing there are several teams inquiring about some Calgary forwards. Names like Cervenka and Bailey have been tossed around a bit

i like this roster very much. The defense screams out defense. Forwards can score and at the same time they are gritty and won't be pushed around. you have my vote for sure
