That's awesome.

What materials did you use to make the actual table? And I assume you painted it? Spray Paint?

That looks amazing man. Well done.

Just a piece of plywood (3/4"), wall paint, a pencil and painters tape. Bought 3, 1 quart containers of different colors.

It's a great area. I grew up near there -my parents still live there.

God damn. Went to bed at 4am last night and slept for twelve hours. TWELVE HOURS. I really needed it too, because I feel so much better today than I have in a long time.

My mouth tastes like... healing from surgery. Blah. I always get that taste in my mouth after surgery, especially from surgery in my mouth. Wonder how long it's going to linger this time.

And I still have an anesthesia headache. Arrrgghhhhh.

Wish I could borrow Wolverines healing factor for a few minutes.

Does healing from surgery also taste like purple? All for the better. I'm sure you'll get better fast.

I just realized, I wore a v-neck 3 days this past week. I may need hipster rehab.

If I had to assign a color I would probably say... mauve?

It's really not that bad. I had a 36 hour turnaround before I was out doing my normal routine again. Just use tea bags and plenty of water rinses. You'll be fine.

A lot of the problems I'm having and the apparent slowness of my recovery are probably because I'm 31 and not in my early to mid 20s like I should have been. I waited far, far too long.

Well that confirms it. Mauve tastes similar to burgundy.

Eh, you'll be fine. I can do pretty much anything I want to at this point except eat normal food. But I have heard stories of people who's procedures went so well that they were eating something from Wendy's the very next day. I've also heard stories of procedures and recoveries that went way off the rails. But those are a lot more rare.

Just be sure to follow the discharge instructions they give you to the letter and you will be fine.

Oh, and ask for stitches. Those help by drastically reducing the chances that a clot falls out early and leaves you with a dry socket.
