Now it's going to be getting close.

Even though I LOVE Olver, there is no doubt in my mind it comes down to either; Olver, Pickard, Patterson, or Bourke, which is very close. In the end I went with Bourke who IMO has the most talent just clipping both goalers.

Add: Nate Condon (our most underrated prospect)

Bourke over Heard? Weird.

Everyone is very close at this point, but Heard sticks out over Bourke easily to be me.

Add Beaupre.

I know we all like to look at the positive potential of all these prospects, but I think we are into the group of guys where quite a bit less than half will likely ever play more than a few games in the NHL. At this point, Olver looks like a strong probability to exceed that level. I would have probably even listed him a notch or two higher. Despite his size, I think he's shown he's got what it takes to make it. Longevity might his biggest worry.

Olver because watching him hit guys (and so effectively) twice his size is hilarious.

Don't understand? The same reason Pickard had very little chance as well. Hockey Canada prefers other players.

Do I think they're wrong? Yes, especially with Siemens and Pickard.

Zero WJC invites for Siemens in one year and absolutely should've been at least invited and only one for Pickard in two years. Hishon got one and was a mid-round cut.
