Penguins #7 prospect
Harrington ends up 6th. Now can anyone stop Määttä from rounding out the top 7? Added Kenny Agostino.

These polls mean nothing because we can't even agree what criteria we're using. Even then they'd only mean slightly more than nothing.

Is it highest offensive upside? Is it closest to being ready and filling an important gap? Is it pure skill? Some combination? Only the Shadow knows.
