Do you guys think Kulemin will rebound this season? Yes or no?
He was snakebitten last year - I think he'll come back this year and light it up. He worked hard on EVERY shift. He should excel under Randy's defensive style. I think he will bounce back to a 25 goal 25 assist this year and at 2.8m that is a steal.
I don't think he'll be a 30 goal scorer again - that seemed like a career year for him where everything went his way. At the same time, there's no way he scores just 7 goals again either. He should be healthily somewhere in the middle. I'm predicting somewhere around a 20-25 goal, 20-25 assist, 45-50 point season for Kulemin, which, when combined with his stellar defensive play, will make him an invaluable asset to the team once again next year.
how on earth will he bounce back playing on the 3rd line?
sorry, but JVR has now become a factor for Kuulaidman

He won't score 31 goals ever again. The reason: His shooting percentage was an outstanding 17% during his 31 goal season. Last season his shooting pct was 6.5%.
His average shooting pct is 12%. To score 31 goals he will need 260 shots on net at his average shooting pct of 12%. His career best? 171 during his 31 goal season. He needs to best his best by almost 90 shots, an increase of 33% over his best season.
Highly doubtful it will happen. He is a career 15-20 goal scorer.
I expect he will return to the 11% shooting of his first two seasons and if he returns to the second line where he can get 170+ SOG he could be 20 goals this season. He can still make 50 points but not much more. Likely 35-40 points at best if mostly 3rd line minutes which would be huge considering he clogged up the second line most of the year on his way to 7 goals. I expect him to be much better but it won't be 30 goals again unless he learns to shoot a lot more.
I expect him to bounce back and become a 20/20 guy - I think that's a modest prediction. Combined with being defensively responsible he'll prove to be a pretty good asset to the team.
I think Kulemin will be placed on the third line next season. I think it will be a more productive season than last season, but not close to the 30 of a few seasons ago. I predict 16-20 goals, 20-25 assists
