RB is definitely the weakest position on your team, I'd be curious to know which RBs are on the waiver wire in your league. Depending on who is available, you might want to consider dropping one of your bottom WRs and picking up an extra back.
I'd probably start Ingram and Benson at RB
Then I'd put Lynch in the flex. If they rule him out before the game on Sunday afternoon, just quickly swap him out for Ronnie Brown, who should have a decent game on Monday night.

Yea, you're right. It doesn't look very good at all.
The only thing I would suggest is you might want to pickup Turbin and handcuff Lynch, at least that way you know you have the Seahawks running game locked up. Regardless of what happens with Lynch and his back spasms.

Drop Stokely and pick up Turbin. He's a great start on Sunday if Lynch is out, and even if Lynch plays I would keep Turbin as a handcuff on the roster all year.
