2012 Minnesota #8 Prospect

Matt Hackett became the first goalie to join the prospect list with an obligatory 50.39% of the vote (seriously 4 of the last 5 polls have seen the winner around 49-50%).

2012 HF Wild Prospect Rankings
1. Mikael Granlund
2. Jonas Brodin
3. Charlie Coyle
4. Mathew Dumba
5. Johan Larsson
6. Jason Zucker
7. Matt Hackett

New guy is Daniel Gunnarsson, poll is open two days, I am awesome, yada yada yada.

Tough one there.

Either Bulmer or Phillips for me.

My very, very, very unofficial odds...

Bulmer to become a fixture on the 3rd line: 3/1

Phillips ever cracking the NHL roster: 8/1

Okay, I re-did my personal ranking to try and sort out these later prospects, and here are the groupings:

Granlund
Brodin
Coyle / Larsson / Dumba
Zucker / Hackett / Phillips / Lucia
Kampfer / Kuemper / Bulmer / Gustafsson / Haula / Bussieres
Draeger / McMillan / Almond / McIntyre / Genoway
Palmer / Cuma / Gilmour / Gunnarsson / Bertschy
Foucault / Fontaine / Rau / Broda / Medvec / Nanne

Phillips it is. Then Lucia, then Bulmer, then Kampfer...

Expect Phillips or Bulmer to beat to other by a few votes or less.

i have faith in bulms. love Phillips too and he might have a longer/more productive career points-wise but bulmer will have a bigger impact. How often do you get a project player that trends up faster than you hoped? Plus didn't he out-goal phillips in juniors? while playing a completely obnoxious game? me likes.

Just this year when Bulmer was an overager and essentially Kelowna's only player.

oh yeah, like it's impressive that Phillips scored as much as he did having to share minutes with other top notch players....are there TOI stats for CHL? just curious. like i said--i've been a fan of phillips since we picked him.

I'm going off the board and voting Bussieres. It was a close one between him and Bulmer for me, and I think Bus will have more of an impact on the scoresheet.
