I think I have to pick first as we said it would go reverse order from this draft. It has been the only light in the tunnel of darkness this draft has been.
What's with all the prospects being drafted lately? Aren't we on the last round of the regular draft?
Yes we are. I always grab a prospect with a late pick in every draft I do. Your not getting an impact player anyway at this point so taking someone who has a chance to play this year is never a bad idea. I almost took Stajan instead though and I hope I regret it.

Usually you can pickup last round players directly off the free agents list so you would go got sleepers or high risk or prospects u think may play at this point.

Exactly.
And with a possible lockout if you pick the right prospect now they may play when the season starts.

I think it's pretty strange to draft a high reward prospect at this point. You only get 9 keepers, so it's probably a good idea to pick your keepers with your first nine picks, the rest aren't your core. I assumed the best practice is to have a bench player used for injuries. Sure you won't get impact points from the bench, but a proper drafter should've gotten impact within their top 9, top 4 and starting goalie picks. Just my thoughts anyways, as I'd hate to have to choose between a good prospect and a good keeper after this year.
