I think he will have a strong camp, and earn a starting spot on the bottom pair, and could have a breakout season, maybe 30-35 points?

YOU are assuming that he does.

The way I see things, might as well at least try to trade Kaberle during training camp (hoping there is one) when defencemen around the league start getting injured. If there are no takers, and St Denis has outplayed Weber in camp, then shop the kid. The market for D always tilts towards sellers with time.

Weber clarified his views, saying that he was happy to play in Montreal and he really wishes to stay. Actually his girlfriend, Laurence Schelling, a Swiss hockey player, has joined the Montréal Stars. He therefore, more than ever, is happy in Montreal.

A journalist asked some questions, among which ... how about if he was exchanged ... His end sentence about this was that at the end, in the case of Streit, having changed environment was ultimately very positive and allowed him to play at another level. This final sentence was taken out of context and transformed into a headline.

He also shared that he is aware that often, young players are used to finetune value in confirmed players exchanges.

in ... french !

No, he said so himself on tv last season. If any of you have the actual quote, please link it. But he said something to the effect that he sees what the others do and believes he's better. Cheapshot at his teammates.
