Tie-breaker? It was 17-10 in favor of Washington. I'm voting Washington, although I don't see them subtracting Semin and still moving up from their 7th place finish last year.

Buffalo has no legit 1st line C, and Hodgson is a poor-man's 2C at best and is miscast as a top line C. He's too slow, doesn't produce enough offense and not defensively responsible enough. He has ego issues to boot. They might get into the playoffs if other teams slip, but I think they will be on the outside looking in.

The vote distribution was pretty spread out, so I decided to have a tiebreaker.

Yeah, if Ruff has Hodgson pegged as a Top 6 mainstay he's in for a shock unless he makes some big strides during the off-season. He has tons of offensive vision/tools but he's sluggish for a guy of his size and not defensively responsible enough (yet). He should be the 3C/RW but getting plenty of PP time next season.

But this ain't about CoHo. Washington AINEC
